CMBF GENERAL INFORMATION

DATE & TIME: The 2013 CMBF will be held on September 29th, 2013. The first band will start at Noon and gates will be open to the stadium starting at 11am.

LOCATION: J. Birney Crum Stadium, West Linden Street, Allentown, PA 18104 (near the intersection of West Linden & St. Elmo Streets)

END TIME: Since this is not a competition with time constraints, the time frame is subject to change without notice, that said, the festival is usually concluded by 6:00 PM.

ADVANCED TICKET PRICES: $15 for adult admission, $13 for students and senior citizens.

TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE at the stadium on the day of the show. $20 for Adult Admission, and $15 for Students and Senior Citiziens. Tickets may be purchased at gates 1, 3, and 4.
ADULT admission applies to anyone who is not a student and is below the age of 65.
STUDENT admission applies to any student, K-12 and college
SENIOR CITIZEN admission applies to anyone age 65 and older
Discounted tickets are available for GROUPS of 20 or more; group tickets must be ordered in advance.
Admission for CHILDREN age 5 and under is free.
All tickets are general admission (first-come, first-served); there is no reserved seating. It is recommended that you arrive early to get the best seat(s) possible.
Limited HANDICAPPED SEATING is available at the top of the stadium. This is for handicapped patrons ONLY, and is NOT to be used for videotaping or photography. Handicapped seating cannot be reserved, and is on a first-come-first-served basis.
THERE IS NO RAIN DATE! In most cases the show will go on, however the festival will be cancelled in the case of severe weather.
In the case of inclement weather, contact Vivace Productions by calling 800-264-1121. Please do not send emails about rain delays or cancellations as a reply may not be made in time.
NO REFUNDS will be available with the exception of extenuating circumstances deemed as such by Vivace Productions, Inc.
